Over seven years, I've specialized in transforming complex enterprise workflows into data-dense, intuitive SaaS applications. My work sits at the intersection of two disciplines that are usually kept apart: rigorous UX research and production frontend engineering.
That dual fluency is the point. I can run usability tests and map a user journey in the morning, then refactor the components that implement those findings into Angular Signals in the afternoon — and automate the design tokens that keep both halves in sync.
I care most about the seam between design and code: the place where intent gets lost in handoff. Most of my recent work is about closing that gap — with systems, automation, and a shared definition of done.
"I feel the need to recognize Souha's contribution to HAI. She has used her creativity to make change proposals that have greatly improved the product, and then implemented them diligently. Souha is also relentlessly working on the user interface of RMS so that our users can have a great experience."
"Thanks a million Souha for jumping on the HAI splash screen and working late to get it in the system so I could demo it for the All Hands Call. I really appreciate your contributions to the UX design elements in new RMS, and love hearing you voice your opinion on our calls. Thank you!"
"Awesome work updating the design after the upgrade to Angular 16 and IDS components."
